My Blush Collection

Hi everyone, it's been a while since my last post ^^
Today I wanna show you my blush collection, requested by some of my friends because they knew that I really really love blushes. This could be a blush porn, so take a deep breath, LOL!

So, these are the blushes that I have right now excluding my first blush that I have when I was on high school (Pixy in 01 Pink Flowers - discontinued) which already broken, messy, and dirty because it fell on the floor several times and that was the first time I realized that blush can break, and another blush that I already gave to my mom (MAC Beauty Powder in Summer Rose - Limited Edition) which I don't like because it's very sheer and takes a lot of effort to use it as a blush, but it has beautiful rose imprint on the surface though.

I hope this is no too much. Some of them still brand new and unopened (NYX) while the other already opened but unused yet (Jordana, Milani, Face on Face) but I will use all of these babies for sure. Really really love all of them.

As you can see, I don't have extreme shade like deep purple, bright orange, or a very dark brown, all of them is very wearable. All of them is more about peach, pink, coral, and rosy shade. I have shimmery blush more than matte blush. Well, shimmer blush is pretty, hehehe. The brand is vary too from Indonesian brand to UK brand. Oh well, I don't have Korean brand like Etude and high end brand like Tarte, Benefit, Illamasqua, Stila, or Nars because their price is crazy.

The pigmentation, some of them is sheer and fool-proof and some of them is very pigmented and tricky. The texture, I have powder, baked (IMO, is the best!), cream, and stick. I haven't try liquid yet but I would love to try.

If you wondering why I really love blushes, well I have to say that blush is the most powerful weapon for me. It can brighten up my face instantly especially if I'm looking tired. If I don't sleep well, just a few swipe of blush, then my face looks fresh again with a touch of natural flush. And if my skin looks very pale, then blush can add warmth to my face. MAGIC!

Hi everyone, this is my first baked blush. I'm so happy with my new Bourjois blush. I read so many good reviews about this blush because it has pretty shades, long lasting, pigmented, and have a very cute packaging. Well, I saw the swatches from some beauty blogs, so I decide to pick 2 shades, Rose D'or and Lilas D'or.



I'm so happy with the texture of this blush. It's not powdery and easy to pick up the pigment. The blush has a scent but some people don't like it. It smells like grandma's perfume, haha...smells like rose and orange candy at the same time. The scent doesn't bother me. But if you don't like scented blush, I think this one isn't for you.

Rose D'or is a cool bubblegum pink with gold shimmer. Lilas D'or is a medium rosy pink with gold shimmer. If you don't like simmery blush, don't pick up the shades that have "D'or" because D'or means gold in French. Both of this blush, looks really good on my skin. The shimmer is very fine, gives a nice glow on my cheeks.

It has a very cute packaging, small and fit perfectly even on a small pouch. Easy to bring it everywhere. It has a mirror and a brush. Well, the brush is scratchy, not wearable. But don't toss the brush out! Let me tell you why =)

Some people said from their experience, this baked blush tend to harden after couple months or a year. It's getting hard to pick up the pigment. So use the small brush to remove the top layer of the blush, and you can get back the good texture and pigment of this blush =D

The lasting power is pretty good. I wear it for about 5 hours and it still stays beautifully on my cheeks. So I think it can last longer than 5 hours. The pigmented is super! Only one swipe and I get healthy flush on my cheeks. Love it =D

I can't complaint anything about this blush except the tendency to get harder, but it's not happening on my blush yet =)

There's 12 beautiful shade available that will suit your complexion and I really want to try Rose Frisson, Rose de Jaspe and Rose Coup de Foudre =)
